TERMS OF SERVICE

Our PRIVACY POLICY is short and simple: We only use the information you provide us to contact you about our services. We do not share your information with third parties.
Safety - Key and Alarm Systems

Most EuroShine Cleaning Services customers provide us with a key to their home which we keep locked up at our office and we take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a key safe. Managers will access your key the day of your scheduled cleaning, and then return it to the safe by the end of the day. No identifying information is ever put on any key. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Customers must meet EuroShine Cleaning Services Supervisor in person and present a picture ID before a key will be released.

If you have an alarm system at your home and it is simple to operate, you can give instructions on its operation to your EuroShine Cleaning Services office. However, if your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning. Please refer to our breakage and loss policy for additional information

Bleach
We will not bring bleach into a home to use as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach supplied in your home, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by your bleach.

Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify EuroShine Cleaning Services at least a business day before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment.  Should our service providers be unable to access your property, a lockout fee equal to your cleaning charges will be applied.

To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to your All Solutions Cleaning Services office manager. Please do not communicate these important details with service providers. If for some reason you wish to terminate your EuroShine Cleaning Services’ contract, please be sure to contact the EuroShine Cleaning Services office at (818) 648-3183.

Payments
For your convenience, EuroShine Cleaning Services gladly accepts cash, check or credit cards. Customers will need to pay for their cleaning at the time of service.  A $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks.

Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with EuroShine Cleaning Services. We will return to your home within 24 hours to correct our mistake.

We Are Not a Domestic Agency
Please keep in mind that EuroShine Cleaning Services is not a domestic employment agency. Should you wish to hire a present or past EuroShine Cleaning Services staff member (18 months from the date of  termination of his/her  employment) for any home-related service outside of your cleaning agreement with EuroShine Cleaning Services, you should contact us for previous approval, or you will be liable to pay EuroShine Cleaning Services a finder’s fee equal to one year worth of services. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from EuroShine Cleaning Services. We will apply 10% of interest for accounts over 30 days past due. If the fee is not paid, EuroShine Cleaning Services reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.
