Scope of Work for Post Construction Rough Cleaning
Phase One: Framing Rough Clean
Remove all wood and debris from interior, around exterior perimeter and in courtyard of unit. Stack all lumber in front of each unit to be placed in dumpster. Sweep for framing inspection after electricians and plumber (one sweep).
Phase Two: Box Out Rough Clean
Remove all roofing debris, including clay tile, nails, paper and pallets from perimeter of unit. Finish rough clean (one sweep).
Phase Three: Painting Rough Clean
Remove all wood debris generated from cabinets and finish carpentry. Remove all ceramic tile and/or marble slab and tile, including boxes, wrappers, etc. from interior and exterior of unit. Sweep entire interior and exterior of unit. Sweep and scrape entire interior of unit (not including windows). Remove all boxes, paper and debris from interior of unit, outer perimeter and courtyard of unit.
Phase Four: Box Out Cleaning For Inspection Rough Clean
Pick up and throw out packing cases and sweep after plumbers and electricians finish.
Scrape and sweep for carpet pad. Pick up building debris ahead of finish grade.
Sweep garbage. Clean for inspection and acceptance to include:

- Wash plumbing fixtures and remove labels from sinks, bathtubs, showers, commodes, mirrors in lavatories, kitchen and bathrooms.
- Dust cabinets, closets, base, window sills, window and door tracks, fireplace and exterior of appliances.
- Clean counter tops.
- Sweep and mop floor tile.

Window Cleaning:
• All windows cleaned inside and out
• Window tracks thoroughly cleaned
• Interior and exterior remove all debris and paint from glass and frames
Entry Areas:
• Scrape and sweep off walkway / hallway leading up to the front door
• Clean and polish entry doors and doorknobs
• Ceiling lights thoroughly cleaned of paint, dust and labels
• Thresholds cleaned and polished
• Mop and clean tile / wood flooring
• Remove all construction debris
Carpeted Areas:
• All carpeted areas are vacuumed clean of all debris along edges and corners
• All carpeted areas to be raked
Kitchen Areas:
• Remove factory stickers from all appliances
• Clean and polish stove top, hood and vent
• All appliances cleaned inside and out and polished
• All cabinets and drawers are cleaned thoroughly. All factory markings are removed
• Counter tops cleaned and polished
• Sinks cleaned and polished
• All movable appliances cleaned underneath and behind.
Dining / Living Room Areas:
• Clean light fixtures
• Clean and polish counters
• Clean and polish fireplace inside and out
• Clean air conditioning / heat ducts
• Clean and polish floor
• Wipe dust off walls
• Clean moldings and baseboards
Patio Areas:
• Sweep porch areas
• All exterior lighting cleaned
• Clean and polish glass guard rails and glass panels
• Windows and window tracks thoroughly cleaned
• Clean all water heaters including tops
• Remove all post construction debris
Bathroom Areas:
• Wash and polish all counter tops
• Clean toilets and surrounding hardware, including the removal of factory labels
• Clean all vinyl / Tile
• Polish all finish hardware
• Clean all debris from ceiling lights and all light fixtures
• Clean and polish mirrors
• Clean all flooring
• Shower stalls and bathtubs cleaned and polished
• Bath cabinets and drawers cleaned and polished inside and out
• All switch plates are cleaned and polished
Garage:
• Dust all ledges and cabinetry
• Clean windows inside and out
• Sweep up all dust and debris from garage flooring
• Mop or power wash garage floor |
